These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Lovely Riga website (lovelyriga.com) and the booking of services provided by ANREX, SIA ("Lovely Riga", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Latvia. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

A binding contract is formed when we send you a booking confirmation email after receiving your payment. The contract is between you and ANREX, SIA. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. The lead booker must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all members of their group.

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due upon arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Prices may vary based on the day of the week (weekday vs. weekend), group size, and seasonal factors. The final price shown at checkout is the total amount you will pay.

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled experience. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable. To cancel, email us at info@lovelyriga.com. Your 50% deposit will be refunded within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Changes to bookings (date, time, number of participants) can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity, subject to availability. Changes requested less than 48 hours in advance may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries when necessary for safety or operational reasons.

We will provide the services as described on our website and in your booking confirmation. We carry public liability insurance for all our activities. Our guides are trained professionals with relevant certifications. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure your safety and enjoyment. If we need to cancel an activity due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

You must arrive at the agreed pickup location on time. If you miss your pickup, we cannot guarantee a reschedule and no refund will be provided. You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your participation. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our guides. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs for adventure activities. You are responsible for any damage caused to equipment through negligence or misuse.

Minimum age requirements vary by activity and are clearly stated on each activity page. Shooting experiences: 18+ only with valid ID. Most adventure activities: 16+ (minors must be accompanied by a guardian). Nightlife experiences: 18+ only. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under 18 years of age.

While we take all reasonable precautions, participation in adventure activities carries inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury except where caused by our negligence. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to force majeure (severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, etc.).

We may take photographs and videos during activities for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify us otherwise before the activity. Photos taken by our team are provided free of charge after the experience.

If you have any complaints during your experience, please inform your guide immediately so we can address the issue. For complaints after your experience, contact us within 14 days at info@lovelyriga.com. We will investigate and respond within 28 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia. For EU consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights.
