How do I book an experience?
You can book directly on our website by selecting your desired experience and completing the checkout process. For personalized assistance, use our contact form or email us — we respond within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment system. PayPal is also available for those who prefer it.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled experience. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on arrival.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! We offer tiered pricing for larger groups. The more people in your group, the lower the per-person price. You'll see the exact pricing when you select the number of participants during booking.
Is hotel pickup included?
Absolutely! All our experiences include complimentary door-to-door service. We'll pick you up from your hotel, apartment, or any central Riga location and drop you back after the activity.
What should I bring to activities?
Each activity has specific requirements listed on its page. Generally, we recommend comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes for adventure activities, and a valid ID. All necessary equipment is provided by us.
What languages do your guides speak?
Our guides speak English, Latvian, Russian, and German. If you need a guide in a specific language, please mention this when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Most activities run rain or shine — Latvia has unpredictable weather! However, for safety-critical activities like quad biking or bobsleigh, we may reschedule in extreme conditions. We'll contact you directly if this happens and offer alternative dates or a full refund.
Are there age restrictions for activities?
Age requirements vary by activity. Shooting experiences require participants to be 18+, while most other activities welcome those 16 and older. Family-friendly activities like city tours have no age restrictions. Check each activity page for specific requirements.
Do you specialize in stag and hen parties?
Yes! Stag and hen parties are our specialty. We've organized hundreds of memorable celebrations with activities like shooting ranges, pub crawls, party buses, and quad biking. Contact us for custom packages tailored to your group.
Can I book through Viator or other platforms?
Yes, we're also available on Viator and other booking platforms. However, booking directly with us often gives you better prices and more flexibility, plus dedicated customer support.
